How to pay
You pay everything online, securely with Stripe. You choose how:
Pay in full upfront
You pay the fee in one go and you're done.
Half and half
50% to get started, the remaining 50% when the declaration is ready, before filing with the Agenzia delle Entrate.
Upload first, pay later
You send the documents on WhatsApp, even as photos. Lorenzo checks them for free and confirms the price and taxes: you only pay afterwards, with the link he sends you.
You can also pay the fee in instalments with PayPal Pay in 3, Klarna or Scalapay, where available.

Frequently asked questions
What is the succession declaration?
It's the tax filing that notifies Agenzia delle Entrate of the deceased's estate transferred to the heirs. It must normally be filed within 12 months of death.
By when must it be filed?
Generally within 12 months of the date of death. Filing late can mean penalties: we handle it within the correct deadlines.
How much does your service cost?
Fixed fee with no VAT to add: Simple €299 (accounts and cash only, no property, any number of heirs) or With property €600 (up to 3 properties, land included, and 3 heirs; beyond that, +€60 for each extra property or heir, shown before payment). Heirs living abroad pay the same price. For businesses, company shares, stocks or boats we prepare a custom quote. State taxes are separate, paid by the heir, and we calculate them before filing.
What Successioni Armellin is
Successioni Armellin is the web app of Geom. Lorenzo Armellin's studio to manage your succession declaration online: you get a clear-priced quote, pay securely by card, and in your Client area you upload required documents, sign the mandate and follow the case step by step through filing with Agenzia delle Entrate. To access the Client area you can use email, phone or your Google account: in that case we only use your name and email to create and recognise your profile — no other account data is read or shared.
