The fee can be paid in instalments at checkout (PayPal Pay in 3, Klarna, Scalapay, where available). Only the fee is split — taxes follow legal deadlines.

Simple = accounts and cash only, no property. With property = 1 to 3 properties, cadastral transfer included. Beyond that, or special cases (land, companies, shares): a custom quote, free. If you're unsure, write to Lorenzo: we'll tell you.
It's not a problem. We change it: you pay or we refund only the difference. We don't start over and you don't lose what you've already paid.
Your personal area opens: there you upload documents (even from photos), sign the mandate, follow the case and talk to Lorenzo. No counters, no offices.
You have 14 days of statutory withdrawal. If you ask us to start immediately and the work is already done, withdrawal no longer applies — we tell you clearly beforehand.
Clear prices
The package price is the professional fee without VAT: the studio operates under the flat-rate regime (not subject to VAT).
Succession taxes (mortgage, cadastral, stamps) are separate, paid by the heir via F24: we calculate and notify them before filing.
Tempi
Each package states filing within a set number of business days from complete documentation (not from payment): so it's a promise we can truly keep.
Third-party times (Agency, Cadastre, banks) are excluded.
In some cases (direct heirs, only modest cash within legal thresholds, no property) the declaration may not be required. We check your case for free: if you don't need it, we say so. Final verification is always on the specific case.
