2. Subject and scope

These Terms govern distance selling of professional services offered through the site relating to preparation and electronic filing of the succession declaration and related activities included in the packages.

Electronic filing with Agenzia delle Entrate is performed by the professional as an authorised Entratel intermediary.

3. Packages, prices and exclusions

Packages and related prices (fee) are shown on the Pricing page. The indicated price is the professional fee without VAT (flat-rate regime).

• Unless otherwise agreed, services not expressly listed are excluded from the package (e.g. notarial deeds, disputes, subsequent acts).
• Custom quote (complex cases): for cases that exceed fixed-price packages (e.g. more than three properties, agricultural land, company shares or other non-standard assets, document recovery beyond package scope), a dedicated quote is prepared before purchase.
• The package proposed after the online questionnaire is indicative: after checking documentation the professional may suggest a change, with settlement of the difference only.
• Preliminary check of non-obligation: where the data suggest the declaration is not required, we say so and do not sell a useless service.

4. Conclusion of the contract

A quote request is not binding. The contract is concluded upon payment of the fee for the chosen package (or acceptance of the custom quote).

5. Payment and package changes

Payment of the fee is made in advance via the payment provider (Stripe). Instalment options may be available for the fee only, not for taxes.

Package change and settlement: if, by agreement with the client, the package is changed after purchase, only the difference is settled.

6. Client obligations and liability

• The client provides true, complete and timely data and documents and is responsible for their accuracy.
• The professional is not liable for delays, errors or penalties arising from incorrect, incomplete or late information or documents from the client.
• The client undertakes to grant the mandate and sign the declaration within the times required for correct performance.

7. Performance times

Delivery times stated on the site are estimates running from when the client has provided complete, correct documentation validated by the professional. As a guide: Simple package within 7 business days, package with property within 10 business days; for custom quotes the agreed term applies. Third-party times (Agency, Cadastre, banks) are excluded.

8. Right of withdrawal (Arts. 52–59 Consumer Code)

• The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
• To withdraw, the client may use the sample form or any clear statement sent to the Studio contacts.
• Immediate start: if the client expressly asks that work begin during the withdrawal period, once the service is fully performed the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
• Withdrawal after start but before completion: the client pays an amount proportional to the service already provided.
• Any refund due is made with the same payment method, without undue delay and within legal deadlines.

9. Commercial guarantee "Satisfied or Refunded"

The professional may offer, in addition and voluntarily, a refund guarantee under the conditions on the Guarantee page.

10. Limitations of liability

The professional performs the engagement with professional care (obligation of means), with tax supervision by accountants. Liability is limited as provided by law and these Terms.

11. Ownership of documents and access

Final documents (receipts, updated searches, invoice) are made available in the client area. Input documents follow the retention rules in the Privacy notice.

12. Personal data processing

Data processing is described in the Privacy notice on the site, which constitutes an integral part of these Terms.

13. Changes

The professional may amend these Terms; the relationship is governed by the version accepted at purchase, unless changes are required by law.

14. Applicable law, venue and dispute resolution

Italian law applies to the contract. For consumers the mandatory venue of residence remains. Online dispute resolution (ODR) is available via the European platform.
