Our guarantee
The Satisfied or Refunded promise: an extra protection we offer, beyond your legal rights.
The Italian version of this document is legally binding: any translation is for convenience only and, in case of discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.
The promise
You pay the fee up front: you should know exactly what happens if something goes wrong. On top of the statutory 14-day withdrawal, we voluntarily offer the "Satisfied or Refunded" commercial guarantee. It is extra protection, not a substitute for your consumer rights.
Guarantee and withdrawal are two different things
Withdrawal is your legal right in the first 14 days from concluding the contract (Withdrawal page). Satisfied or Refunded is an additional, voluntary commercial promise: it covers the fee beyond that window, in the cases below. It does not limit your consumer rights.
What is refunded
Only the professional fee you paid us (Semplice package, Completo package or custom quote), via the same payment method. Never taxes, duties, stamps or amounts paid to the State or other bodies: they are not ours and we add no mark-up.
Covered cases

If the declaration has already been correctly filed and the disagreement is not due to our error, the fee is not refundable: the professional work has been performed. Statutory withdrawal (if still available) and any other legal rights remain.
Time limits
- Within 14 calendar days of our notice that we cannot proceed, or
- within 14 calendar days of our notice that the file is closed and final documents are available, or
- within 14 days of discovering an error attributable to us, if that is later.
How to claim
- 1Write to studio@successioniarmellin.it or PEC lorenzo.armellin@geopec.it, or from your client area (the withdrawal channel is fine: say it is the commercial guarantee).
- 2Explain what went wrong and, if useful, attach references (file number, dates).
- 3We reply in writing within 7 working days with a reasoned outcome (acceptance, proposed correction, or refusal where not covered).
- 4If a refund is due, it is sent by the same payment method within 14 days of our acceptance, at no cost to you.
What it does not cover
- Taxes, duties, stamps and payments to the State or third-party bodies.
- Delays, errors or penalties due to incomplete, inaccurate or late documents or data from you.
- Times and decisions of the Agenzia delle Entrate, Cadastre, banks or other third parties.
- Failure to sign the mandate or the declaration, or stopping the file after a correct filing at your choice.
- Services not included in the price paid (litigation, notarial work, activities not provided for), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
These conditions apply to purchases concluded from 1 September 2026. For existing relationships, the terms accepted at checkout remain; in case of doubt, the solution more favourable to the consumer applies.
