Your protections
Your right of withdrawal, explained simply
We want you to feel at ease. Here we explain in plain words how cancellation and refunds work. The formal text is in the Terms of sale.
You have 14 days to change your mind
As a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase, without giving reasons. It's your legal right.
If you ask us to start right away
Succession is often urgent (there's a 12-month deadline). If you ask us to start before the 14 days, we need explicit consent: once the service is completed, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. If work has only started but isn't finished, see the point below.
What if I change my mind while you're working?
You can still withdraw: you only pay for work already done up to that point, proportionally, and we refund the rest. No hidden penalties.
How to request withdrawal
The simplest way: in your client area find the 'Request withdrawal' button. Or write via email/PEC. You can use the sample form below, but it's not mandatory.
When you get the refund
We issue it within legal deadlines (normally 14 days from the request), with the same payment method you used. Once issued to the card, the bank normally credits it within 5–10 business days (Stripe/issuer timing). Any taxes already paid to the Treasury follow Agency rules, not ours.
Withdrawal and guarantee: two different things
Withdrawal is your legal right in the first 14 days. Our 'Satisfied or Refunded' guarantee is an extra promise we make: if you're not happy with our work, we'll talk and find a solution. Details on the Guarantee page.
This page explains withdrawal in plain language. The binding text is in the Terms of sale.
