How it works: simple, from home, in 3 steps
No queues, no offices. We guide you step by step: you focus on your family, we handle the bureaucracy.

Answer a few questions
You complete a short online questionnaire (1 minute). We tell you right away what you need and what it costs — and if for your case succession isn't even required, we tell you for free.
Instant result: a price, or a custom quote for complex cases.

You upload the documents
From your client area you upload documents, including phone photos. We give you the exact list for your case. If something is missing, we can often retrieve it.
A real person checks everything: no forms left half-done.

We handle everything
Lorenzo prepares and files the declaration with Agenzia delle Entrate. We notify the taxes due first. At the end you receive receipts and final documents in your area.
Where applicable, we also handle the cadastral transfer (voltura).

How long it takes
Timelines depend on the package and start when we have all complete, correct documents (not from payment): so it's a promise we can truly keep.
Third-party times (Agency, Cadastre, banks) are excluded.
What we do that software doesn't
We manually check the cadastral data and title deeds — parcels, sub-units, annexes — where cases get stuck. That's the difference between a filled-in form and a case done properly.
Fully online
You don't need to go to any office or bank: questionnaire, documents, communications and filing with the Agency happen online.
