Typical documents for the succession declaration

Below are the most common documents. Not all are always needed: it depends on your case (that's what the tool above is for).

ID document and tax code

ID of the deceased and the heirs. The tax code is required only for the heirs.

Always required, for refunds or to debit taxes.

Or the substitute declaration of death certificate and family status of the deceased: we provide the form.
